Every customer relationship starts with an analysis of the current situation. Here our process enigneers work together with our customer to find ways to optimise the production results in relation to his goals and the technical conditions of the corrugator. This is the basis on which we develop a customised adhesive concept for the customer and his requirements for the bonding of corrugated board.
Even after the optimum high-performance adhesive has been introduced into the customer’s production process, our process engineers technicians will provide training sessions and further consultation to ensure that the required performance can be maintained on a permanent basis.

We work with the customer to develop an adhesive concept that is tailored to him. From the analysis of the current situation and implementation of the high performance adhesive through to the service, we are always at our customers’ side.
Comprehensive application-based technical consultation on site.
As part of the consultation, our process engineers checks the process sequences in the corrugated board production and the technical conditions of the corrugated board system. Possible optimisation potentials are taken into account in the adhesive concept and are jointly developed during the consultation on site.
Analysis of the current situation.
Target setting: When it comes to process optimisation and improved profitability, the analysis of the current situation forms the basis of the consultation for an individual definition of the customer requirements. The increased productivity, the reduction of waste, the optimisation of the corrugated board quality, and the adhesive consumption can contribute to this.
Product selection: Based on the analysis of the current situation and the mutually-defined goals within the context of the consultation, the optimum product is selected from the C&D Corrugating & Paper portfolio, or it is individually adapted to the specific requirements of our customer and the corrugator.
Trial period.
The suitability of the selected product for your corrugator is assessed in a brief test. The results are assessed by our process engineers and discussed in consultation with the customer. In the subsequent long-term test with the new adhesive, the manufacturing process of the corrugated board is optimised to attain the defined objectives.
Training sessions.
The operating personnel of the corrugator is familiarised with the new product in a course of intensive training sessions. In addition to this, we also offer training sessions on request on adhesive and corrugated board production, carried out either in our facility or on site.
Service visits.
Our process engineers will make regular customer visits to inspect the entire corrugated board production process and ensure cost-efficient production: Are there any deviations from the target values? Are there any irregularities? Is a response required regarding customer modifications? Our process engineers will demonstrate opportunities for possible adjustments and improvements and summarise them in a visit report.
