When it comes to producing our products, we only use EU wheat that is sourced at least 75 % from German cultivation. This ensures we can provide a reliable and sustainable supply of raw materials. A high share of regional wheat is very important to us, as it ensures that the transport routes and emissions remain as low as possible.
EU wheat is characterised by the fact that it is particularly rich in nutrients, such as high-quality amino acids, unsaturated fatty acids and fibre, as well as highly-digestible proteins, minerals, vitamins, and carbohydrates. This ensures an optimal basis for our functional and high-quality products. What is more, EU wheat is guaranteed GMO-free and can replace genetically-modified ingredients animal feed.
